If you share contact details in chat (name, phone, email), they may be passed to our team as a standard service request so that we can respond — handled identically to any other inquiry on this site.
Kay does not collect special-category personal data, payment information, or login credentials, and will never ask you to share any. To request removal of a transcript, email info@greenboxmaintenance.com with the conversation date and approximate time.
